Send a Digital Impression

Find your digital impression scanner model in the drop down menu below and follow the instructions to connect your scanner directly to ADL. You’ll be sending STL files before you know it!

iTero®

  • Select “Find a Laboratory” on your iTero Scanner
  • Option1: Connect with “ Windsor Prodent Digital Dental Lab” or use Lab ID #
  • Option 2: Call 519-258-7777
    • Request to add “Windsor Prodent Digital Dental Lab” to your dropdown, you can identify us by our phone number: 519-258-7777
    • After Windsor Prodent Digital Dental Lab has been added, restart your scanner
    • After connecting to us as a lab, select Windsor Prodent Digital Dental Lab Laboratory on your scanner when sending files

Medit i500/i700

  • Go to www.meditlink.com
  • Login to your Meditlink Account
  • Click on PARTNERS, then “INVITE PARTNER” (upper right hand side)
  • Enter our email address: digital_lab@windsorprodent.com
  • We will accept and then we are connected!

Panda Intra Oral Scanner

  • Open Panda and Click New Order to start scanning.
    • After completing the scan, select Prodent Dental Laboratory on your scanner to upload STL/PLY files.

Send a Traditional Impression

  1. Place all impressions and bites in the Biohazard bag provided and seal
  2. Place RX and/or any other documents in the separate pocket on the outside of the bio bag. If you do not have bio bags with outside pockets, please place paperwork in a separate bag
  3. When shipping an articulator and face bow:
    • Remove models from articulator and wrap individually OR
    • If models remain on the articulator, please separate the articulator. Each piece should then be wrapped individually and anchored in the box. The face-bow and other enclosures should be wrapped separately
  4. Shipping loose crowns, bridges, implant parts and/or shade tabs: Place in a separate small container or sealed plastic bag and wrap separately to avoid loss or breakage
  5. Any photos or slides that accompany the case should be placed in a plastic bag for protection
  6. Reference the item(s) you are sending on the checklist section of the Rx
  7. Call for pick-up and delivery options.
